Cancellation Policy and How to Use Gift Certificate Codes

Whimsy offers NO refunds and has a ONE FULL DAY reschedule policy. If you must reschedule, you may do so 1 FULL DAY prior to the painting event. For example, if you have a reservation for an event anytime on Wednesday, you need to cancel your reservation before midnight Monday.  This will give us a full day to try to sell your seat to someone else.  Please be respectful and change your reservation so that someone on the waiting list may be notified.

 How to Use Gift Certificate Codes:

Please enter Gift Certificate or Promo Code in area provided, the grey and blue coupon code box at checkout. Gift Certificates are only good at the studio location at which it was bought. If the system doesn't recognize the code, do NOT enter your credit card information or it will be billed with no chance of refund!  Copy and paste the correct voucher number in space provided, the system accepts ONLY one registration at a time. If you have a Gift Certificate or a Promo Code  (deal code) that isn't being accepted and the system asks for a credit card number, please do NOTenter a credit card number, copy and paste the correct code in the box provided, one code per registration.  Groupons begin with 'G'.  TravelZoos begins with TZ.  The system is casesensitive and require dashes if they're in the code.
